• "Collateral" refers to any item pledged as security for a loan.

• Pawn Loans: Short-term loans secured by collateral.
• Item Purchase: Direct purchase of valuable items from customers.
• Appraisals: Free evaluations of items for loan or sale purposes.

• Interest Rates: The first month incurs a 2% interest rate plus a processing fee.
• Loan Duration: Loans are issued for a period of four months. Customers may renew loans by making a payment after the initial period.
• Notification: A notice will be sent by mail if the loan term expires without repayment, informing the customer of the overdue status and the need to renew the loan.

• Redemption: Customers can reclaim their collateral by repaying the loan amount plus interest.
• Default: If the loan is not repaid within the specified period, the collateral becomes the property of the pawnshop and may be sold.

• Evaluation: Items brought for sale will be evaluated based on current market value.
• Offer: A verbal offer will be made, and valid identification must be provided for the transaction.
• Payment: Once an offer is accepted, payment will be made promptly.

• Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information during transactions.
• Valid Identification: A valid form of identification (driver’s license, ID card, or passport) is required for all transactions.
